ITS has a strict policy concerning the illegal copying and use of commercial software. Unlicensed duplication or unauthorised use of any software program is illegal. ITS business owners and staff will not knowingly copy any program installed on any computer or network without the express authority of the customer/business owner. No business owner or employee will knowingly install any software onto a customers computer or network without authority or clear verification that the client company owns a license to cover the installation. If express permission or verification cannot to be provided, then ITS business owners and/or staff may refuse to be involved in and/or action the installation and/or download. If the client/customer supplies and expressly instructs/authorises the download or install of any software not purchased through ITS, then it does so under the understanding that it (the customer/client) is solely responsible for adhering to any copyright law and will protect and save harmless ITS as not liable for any damages and/or any action resulting from illegal download/use of unlicensed/illegal software.
