IT Support (“ITS”) is providing this site on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties except where such warranties are deemed to apply by law. In addition, ITS makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. 4.1 News, articles, contributions, photographs, drawings and information (“the material”) on www.itsupport.net.nz and all other websites published by ITS (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the company”) is provided free of charge on the basis that the company expressly disclaims any warranty in the material published. You are welcome to link to ITS provided however, the form of the link shall clarify that the link is to an external site. We would prefer links to go to the home page of www.itsupport.net.nz. Linking to other sections or pages runs the risk of your site containing broken links as we do not offer any warranty regarding location addresses which may be changed at any time without prior notice. 4.8 Software
ITS has a strict policy concerning the illegal copying and use of commercial software.  Unlicensed duplication or unauthorised use of any software program is illegal.   ITS business owners and staff will not knowingly copy any program installed on any computer or network without the express authority of the customer/business owner.  No business owner or employee will knowingly install any software onto a customers computer or network without authority or clear verification that the client company owns a license to cover the installation.  If express permission or verification cannot to be provided, then ITS business owners and/or staff may refuse to be involved in and/or action the installation and/or download.   If the client/customer supplies and expressly instructs/authorises the download or install of any software not purchased through ITS, then it does so under the understanding that it (the customer/client) is solely responsible for adhering to any copyright law and will protect and save harmless ITS as not liable for any damages and/or any action resulting from illegal download/use of unlicensed/illegal software.

5.1 IT Support Limited (“ITS”) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
