Reporting to the Director of IT Support, you should be comfortable working largely autonomously to provide engineering services. Responsibilities of our mobile engineers include Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

Our ideal staff are comfortable managing customer and job / workflow, and communicating with the wider engineering and customer service teams. At times you will be assisting with the growth of the customer base through obtaining new customers while you may also be required to conduct technical research on new methods and tools to improve operations and service.

Vacancy: Systems Engineer

• Conducting technical research on new methods and tools to improve operations and service

To be successful in this role you will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business professionalism
• Experience in Microsoft Server, Desktop and Application Families
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Remote Desktop Services
• Work well in a team and autonomously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Superior problem-solving and prioritisation skills
• Excellent organisation, work planning and documentation skills
• Contributing to the company culture by demonstrating a positive and willing attitude
