Software Maintenance Contracts

If you’re on an annual software maintenance contract with a supplier such as Trend Micro then you’re already covered when it comes to updates to your software version.

Most maintenance contracts are renewable annually. We monitor your subscriptions and automatically contact you when they are due and provide a quote for the annual renewal. Renewals entitle you to download the latest version of the software available during the term of your subscription. For example, an anti-virus update will provide you with the highest level of virus protection available.

During the term of your maintenance contract you may also be eligible for upgrades.

Unlike software updates, an upgrade may include extra functionality not included in a previous version and in the case of newer software, it may entitle you to more upgrades in future.
Keep in mind eligibility only lasts as long as your maintenance contract is in effect, so take advantage while you can.
