Booking Process

When booked on‐site our engineers find it difficult to answer calls as quickly and as often as we would like.  Your business is important to us as we continue to work towards providing efficient and effective solutions.  When booking a job or service request please phone our service‐line 09 281 3421 in the first instance.

Your details will be taken and logged into our system and accessed by the first available mobile engineer. Alternatively you can email your service request to – service@itsupport.net.nz

If you wish to talk to a particular engineer, simply ask when calling or emailing. The service/booking process is not designed to deny you access to engineers. It is in place to ensure you are communicated with as quickly as possible.
