• Stay vigilant when it comes to email security and do not open suspicious attachments without ensuring they are genuine
• Ensure you have backup procedures in place and follow them vigilantly

• For Microsoft Office users – Disable Microsoft Office macros by default and never enable macros in suspicious email attachments
